Diversity as a company asset. Female intelligence in companies.

An occasion not to be missed addressed to students and graduates who wish to gain insight into a working world with companies which will be presenting their policies on the subject of diversity.

The event will discuss the subject of gender differences within companies in a lively and professional manner and will present some of the companies that foster diversity within their organisations as an asset to permit growth and make them competitive on the market.

The event will begin at 12:00 noon with an exercise that will permit all participants to explore the working world and various corporate models, underlining the theme of female intelligence in companies and the richness of a heterogeneous environment.

At the end of the classroom presentation participants will be able to get to know the policies of the companies taking part by visiting their stands at Campus Leonardo, Building 1 - Rectorate Building, piazza Leonardo Da Vinci 32, Milan.
