With its strong capabilities in process engineering and R&D, Chemtex has developed break-through technology to produce clean fermentable sugars from cellulosic biomass that can be subsequently converted into bio-fuels or sustainable chemicals.

Chemtex is currently looking for young Chemical, Mechanical and Energy Engineers to join the company.

10 CHEMICAL ENGINEERS Research and Development area: new graduates or those with a brief experience of 1-3 years to start a career as a research engineer in one of the following positions:
- R&D Process Development Engineer
- R&D Project Engineer
- R&D Operations Engineer
Requisites:
- Strong interest in industrial research
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Availability for national and international travel
- In-depth knowledge of process simulation software (Aspen Hysys or similar)
- Experience of study abroad and/or attainment of a PhD will be considered preferential requisites.

| 10 CHEMICAL ENGINEERS, Engineering and Technology area, new graduates or those with a brief experience of 1-3 years to start a career as a process engineer.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Manage all engineering and industrialisation aspects for the optimisation of new production technologies and processes; analyse and propose new solutions able to improve the profitability and efficiency of company plant.
ACTIVITY DETAILS:
- Develop basic plant engineering, taking care of the quality, completeness and accuracy of its technical information, in accordance with the agreed timing
- Develop a technical opinion on technical bids received
- Respond in a comprehensive and collaborative manner to requests for technical clarification
- Participate in plant commissioning and start up
- Develop teamwork and cross-functional skills
- Develop and propose innovative technical solutions to
- Improve the technology of your company
- Work in collaboration with research to develop/engineer new processes
- Verify the correct implementation of basic engineering during detailed engineering
REQUIRED REQUISITES:
- Master of Science in Chemical Engineering
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Availability to travel
- Leadership skills
- Propensity for cross-functional relationships
- Organisational and analysis skills
- Aptitude for problem solving and project work
