The Ernst & Young Advisory Services team adopts a structured approach to help improve the performance and effectiveness of the business of its customers, examining any variable, from core management and processes that have the greatest daily impact on the organisation to future direction and growth opportunities. The profound experience acquired in areas such as process transformation, working capital management, cost reduction throughout the company, risk and control, information technology effectiveness, profit increase, supply chain effectiveness and program management, allow the Advisory Services team to provide its customers with the broad perspective they need to improve the overall health and strength of their organisations.

The ideal candidate has the following requisites:
- Master of Science in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, Environmental and Land Planning Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering;
- Marks not less than 100/110, or if a graduation candidate with an exam average of not less than 27/30;
- 26 years of age or less;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency with the main IT tools;
- Aptitude for teamwork, problem solving and excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
