The areas involved are as follows:

REFINING & SUPPLY AREA

• REFINERY PROCESS ANALYST

Main activities:

1. Studies and monitors the performance of plants under his/her responsibility in order to identify deviations from targets, suggesting corresponding corrective actions.
2. Prepares and coordinates the implementation of operational tests to determine the maximum plant capacity and he/she establishes the most appropriate operating conditions for the various types of raw materials.
3. Develops technical specifications for smaller projects and/or plant modifications.
4. Cooperates with the supervisor of plants under his/her responsibility in order to: develop/review operating procedures, carry out any risk analyses, define adequate laboratory control programs to verify product quality.

• Academic qualification: Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering

DISTRIBUTION & PIPELINE AREA

• DESIGN ENGINEER

Role:  

• The design engineer develops projects in line with cost and timing objectives and in compliance with Italian law and corporate guidelines.

Main activities:

1. Prepares project specifications and necessary documentation.
2. Prepares cost estimates and progress review plans.
3. Provides Purchasing with the necessary indications for the definition of procurement plans.
4. Identifies interfaces with other projects.
