The program is addressed to talented graduates of major Italian universities and offers recruitment in an accelerated personal path for development of your professional skills.


An initial experience in the commercial area for a period of 12-24 months is envisaged, which will give you the opportunity to come into direct contact with our Business; you will have a Tutor who will accompany you in your development path and who will help you deepen your understanding of the company Strategy and Vision.

Subsequently, you will be able to follow specific projects in the of Finance/Marketing/HR or Logistics fields. Your development program will be individual and diversified and will rapidly lead you to cover roles of increasing responsibility, managing teams and working in a national or international environment. In the initial period, these will be your responsibilities.

 Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational management of the area/store assigned;

  • Management of the customer platform according to company sales and marketing strategies;

  • Technical consulting to customers on the range of products and services;

  • Development of new projects for process optimisation and identification of innovative solutions.
 

 Requisites:

  • University studies in technical disciplines (Civil, Construction and Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering); a Master or MBA is a plus;

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;

  • Excellent analytical skills, results orientation, flexibility and initiative;

  • Ability to develop a strategic vision;

  • Excellent multilevel communication skills;

  • Entrepreneurship, courage and ability to manage change;

  • National/international mobility.
