PRB's mission is to transfer technology as a means to achieve well-being. This involves constantly seeking increasingly more valid techniques to strengthen our customers' work, providing them with useful and exclusive solutions.

PRB collaborates with the teaching staff of the Politecnico di Milano and the Bocconi University and is a Partner of:

PRB Team – You will join a team of IT, management and electronic engineers, who are constantly recertified by internationally valid exams, and who consider the sharing of the knowledge they gain to be a motivation for their own and the company's growth. Ongoing training, which you will define with your superior when you join us, involves annual targets, the achievement of which will lead to salary increases.

• Software Designer

You will join a high quality staff, you will get to know sophisticated business working methods initially working as a Programmer and then as an Analyst who creates innovative solutions starting from analysis of problems.

If you have a marked leaning towards research and acquisition of advanced analysis methods and the related creation of software projects, this is the job for you!

And if you are good at interpersonal relations, you will be able to combine your passion for design with outside relations, personalising PRB Technology to adapt it to the needs of the customers. You will work partly in the office and partly at customers.

• Process Specialist

A dynamic job that will put you in contact with customers with marked technical and personal qualities, working with them for years to help them to fine tune new and more efficient organisation solutions based on PRB Technology.

You will learn cutting-edge techniques for surveying company processes and for optimisation of the circulation of information in modern organisations.

This is the ideal job for you if you are motivated by a strong desire to embark upon a leading profession in the organisational sector and wish to combine it with your enthusiasm for IT.

You will be able to progress towards the highly specialised job of “ORGANISATION CONSULTANT”, analysing customers' organisations, measuring companies' state of the art, proposing organisation solutions specially designed for each customer and, making use of statistical methods, you will be able to verify productivity and measure the advantages obtained by using PRB Technology.
