An event dedicated to gender Diversity in business, aimed at female students and recent graduates who want to start to think about and plan their career path.

Participate in the event and you will have the opportunity to listen to the experience of recent female graduates who have chosen their area of employment and will provide you with useful tips on what to take into account for your career choice and initial path.

The event will start with an OPENING CONFERENCE attended by a number of female graduates who have been working for a few years and who will tell you how they chose their first job, taking into account various factors.

You will hear various testimonials and be able to ask questions to those who, like you, found themselves having to plan their future career.

After the opening conference you will be able to get to know representatives of companies investing in female intelligence in business and submit your Curriculum Vitae, asking about induction programmes for young female graduates.

Register and attach your CV, you could be directly contacted by a participating company to better explore your profile right on 18 April with an individual meeting on campus.
