TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN AGUSTAWESTLAND

The Company has in recent years launched an ambitious programme to attract and develop the best talent that the main Italian and international universities and training and post-graduate schools generate each year. For the first few years of the company life of a new graduate, activation of various training programmes to develop not only technical but also management skills is envisaged. There are programmes for the transfer of product knowledge and for learning the design tools used in the company.

SELECTION
|
Since 2002 AgustaWestland has recruited approx. 1,200 new graduates and the company areas involved mainly concern Planning, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Customer Support. Recruitment of young graduates in the company takes place after a selection process , which includes an analysis of management potential and ability - through an Assessment Centre - and a subsequent technical evaluation by a committee comprising middle and senior managers of the various company areas.

THE RECRUITING DAY
|
Candidates will be involved in an assessment centre which envisages individual tests. At the end of the assessment candidates will be involved in an individual interview to understand the aptitudes and interest of each in relation to the vacancies illustrated.
