Junior Consultants – Life in Booz

Junior Consultants will work in a team of people either on project or development activities since the very first day. They will strengthen and enhance their analytics skills and they would be of support to any project team, with the opportunity to consistently contribute to the project development through meetings attendance, presentations and documents preparation.

Our consultants build their strategic thinking capabilities and develop a “consulting tool kit,” which includes a series of skills and methodologies to be used on client engagements. After several years they develop into strong industry or deep functional experts.

Candidates Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent academic background (Exams average: from 27/30)
  • Flexible, powerful intellect
  • Team orientation
  • Proactivity and results orientation
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Creativity and curiosity
  • Judgment and maturity
  • Good speaking and writing skills
  • High energy level and mature interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Efficient use of Microsoft self productivity tools (excel, power point, word)
  • Preferable international experience (stage, internship…)

Our Recruiting Day

The recruitment team will organize on campus a written test for selected candidates. If successful, candidates will be invited to participate to the next steps of the Junior Consultant Recruiting Process.
