Artsana Group is pleased to invite you to a WORKSHOP on TOY DESIGN during which, assisted and supported by Artsana Marketing and R&D specialists, you will be able to get hands-on experience, working on a Design project to be developed according to one of the following briefs:

"… the change in families’ lifestyles has had an effect on the way children play in the two main areas of indoor play and “protected” play. It is possible to imagine a scenario in which the accentuation of these trends may lead to a slowing down of motor capacities and ability to perceive dangers \ balance \ strength in children.” The first challenge is to think of a toy that stimulates “extreme” motor skills, but in safe conditions.

"… the key players in the world of toys have launched touch pad devices designed for children aged between 24 months and 8 years onto the market with great sales success”. The second challenge is to put forward a product concept based on touch \app\social network technologies which has children aged between 18 and 36 months as its reference target.

At the end of the workshop, you and your team will be able to present the concept to the company management and the two projects that are considered closest to the needs and style of the company will then be presented at the Artsana Group Headquarters, to the Head of the TOYS Product Management.

Don’t miss this opportunity to enter into direct contact with the company and meet experts from this sector! Furthermore, during the workshop at the University, you will also be able to receive feedback on your CV and advice on how to improve it to best present yourself in the working world.

Take part either INDIVIDUALLY or IN TEAMS by forming a work group (no more than 3 people) with some of your course mates.

The Workshop is designed for graduates in Industrial Product Design and for students and recent graduates of MSc courses in:

  • Design & Engineering
  • Product Design for Innovation
