In Italy, we have a design and manufacturing centre in Pessano con Bornago and a sales centre in Cernuscosul sul Naviglio. In Pessano we work on the design and manufacture of temperature measurement instruments. In addition, we also develop innovative solutions through our R & D department. We also provide installation and maintenance directly on site, as well as consultancy and technical support in defining the most appropriate solutions for specific applications, as well as basic technical support. Calibration and tuning of instrumentation and verification of materials and services are considered essential activities for complete, high quality service, performed via a laboratory accredited at the European level at the manufacturing site.

Recruiting Day Organisation

Firstly we will deliver a company presentation and then present open positions and hold interviews, both from the technical (with corresponding knowledge test) as well as soft skills point of view. Finally, we will define feedback procedures.

Open positions

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer and a Project Engineer.

The Proposal Engineer will work in the division responsible for identifying custom/special solutions for temperature measurement and control in industrial processes ranging from Oil & Gas to petrochemical, chemical and the pharmaceutical and food sectors.

Identification of an "ad hoc" solution for specific applications or customers includes a series of activities ranging from analysis of the technical specifications of the customer to definition of the solution via issue of the preliminary project complete with production cost analysis and related technical documentation. The preliminary project constitutes the technical proposal of the solution to be presented and discussed with the customer for acquisition of the order.

The Project Engineer will work in the division responsible for detailed design, including industrialisation of special solutions for temperature control in industrial processes such as those in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical and food sectors.

Within the department, the resource will also be involved in project management with particular focus on planning project development activities which require continuous interaction with production areas and external suppliers in order to ensure correct execution of the project in a timely and cost-effective manner up to supervision and installation of the measurement systems supplied.

Target groups addressed

These two positions are addressed to engineers with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical, aerospace, materials or chemical engineering. A preferred requirement is knowledge of manufacturing processes.
