Business Managers are responsible for creating their own Customer Portfolio, and for selecting consultants and promoting their advancement, as well as for managing project activities within their own Business Units. Their career advancement may permit them to become Coaches, Senior Managers and, ultimately, the Managing Director.

Ideal candidates will have had a brilliant university career, with a BSc or an MSc at one of the engineering schools, and with a strong interest in the world of consultancy in the engineering and IT fields; flexibility, a proactive attitude and good relational skills complete the profile.
