We are engaged in production process management, sales and distribution and all Trade Marketing e Category Management activities in the country.

Based in Milan, Coca-Cola HBC Italia operates with 7 bottling plants and distributes its products via 3 warehouses and a service center. The company ha approximately 3.000 employees, 1,400 of which in the sales force.

Graduate program

The Coca-Cola HBC Italia Management Trainee Program offers a unique growth experience to young graduates wishing to embark on a career path in a large multinational group. The program envisages an initial training period, characterized by job rotation and on the job training, which culminates in the development of a final project, presented to Senior Management of the HR, Supply Chain and Commercial structures: these are just some of the ingredients of the Management Trainee Program in Coca-Cola HBC Italia.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Engineering graduates (Bachelor + Master or Master of Science) with brilliant university curriculum

  • Availability for national and international mobility is a prerequisite

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language

  • Passion the manufacturing/industrial and commercial side

 

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process envisages an initial assessment center with approx. 10 candidates per session. Those who, at the end of the assessment, receive a positive feedback will be invited for a personal interview with the HR structure and with Senior Manager of the function concerned.
