Implementation and Support Engineer

Based in Milan, Italia

Role:

Within the opening of our new office in Milan, we are looking for an Implementation and Support engineer for our Italian customers. For the position, you will be accountable for the following:

• Support sales team in pre-sales stage
  
  
• Manage the integration project
  
  
• Manage and respect integration production specification
  
  
• Provide technical support during the implementation and the production
  
  
• Actively participate in the development of our business by providing the best solution at the right time
  
  
• Coordinate with clients and Criteo teams in France (Development, Engine, Marketing, Production)
  
  
• Write comprehensive and detailed procedure

To do this role effectively, you will need:

• Degree in computer science or technology related degre
  
  
• Ability of reviewing and debugging code in the following software languages: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML
  
  
• 1-2 years of experience with online advertising preferable

•  Ability of project coordination/management and ensuring that internal and external teams are meeting deliverables on time and under budget
  
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  
  
• Experience with data analysis and solution consultation
  
  
• Work in a fast paced innovative environment and ability to prioritize
  
  
• You are fluent in Italian and English

Business Intelligence Analyst

Based in Milan, Italia

Mission:

As a member of our Business Intelligence Team, you will be based in our Milan office, and will report directly to Sales Manager. You will be in charge of:

• Advertiser Analysis and Optimization – Analyzing complex data from multiple sources, you’ll learn how to detect problems with the performance of our campaigns, and suggest improvements that will have immediate impact
  
  
• Reporting tools and metrics – You’ll use your knowledge of our system to develop reports and metrics that will present actionable insights to teams across the business
  
  
• Technical studies and analysis – You will work on ad hoc projects that will inform roadmap for the development of the Criteo Product, and run real world tests on new developments
  
  
• Campaign control and oversight – You have responsibility for managing and maintaining the smooth running of our campaigns. This involves making sure our ad server is correctly set up and updated, and validating the setup of new campaigns

Profile:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Degree in computer science or technology related degree
  
  
• You are Fluent in Italian, English
  
  
• You have previous experience in problem solving end to end
  
  
• Ideally, you have good technical skills: SQL, programming languages, ...
  
  
• You have previous international experience
  
  
• You are interested in analysis and statistics

• You have a real interest in online Advertising market and the impact of a high-performance technology in this market

R&D Engineers
