• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (graduation within the last 12 months) in:

• Management Engineering
• Mathematical Engineering
• Telecommunication Engineering

The Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) is as an accelerated two-year career development program, placed in Milan or Rome, designed to recruit and hire top-performing graduates across a broad range of roles, and aims to cultivate your talent.

MACH participants are hired based on potential and are provided with a comprehensive on-boarding curriculum, enabling them to become part of the next generation of key contributors and leaders.

After the first period of apprenticeship, you will be hired as Microsoft permanent staff. During the two years of the program you will be involved in many training activities worldwide, in order to build a solid base to your career within the company.

At Microsoft, we look for highly energetic and passionate people with initiative, drive and the ability to think out of the box.

The technical jobs in Microsoft can spread a wide range of professions, from Technical Pre sales, Developer Evangelist, Product Marketing Manager, Associate Consultant, Technical Account Manager and Support Engineer.
