UniCredit Management Consultancy (UMC) is the internal consulting unit of UniCredit with offices in Milan, Munich and Vienna.

It was founded in 2007 with a twofold mission:

1. Become the preferred strategic management consulting partner of the Group, supporting growth and enabling cost saving
2. Become a “Talent Factory” that attracts talents and develops fully rounded professionals and managers of the Group

We are looking for candidates with outstanding academic performance (graduates or attending master degree), preferably from the following programs:

• Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Mathematics Engineering
• Mechanics Engineering
• Physics Engineering

• Interest in banking and strategic consulting
• Geographical mobility
• Fluency in English

RECRUITING DAY

We are offering a dedicated Recruiting Day in Bovisa Campus on May 24th.

The agenda of the day will be the following:

• 9:30-10:00 Introduction to UMC
• 10:00-12:30 Individual interviews for pre-screening of candidates OR group business case, based on the number of selected participants
• 12:30-13:00 Wrap up and next steps
