In locations around Europe, Avery Dennison E.C.P. Associates cross-train in areas from functional development to essential leadership skills, putting them on a fast track to fulfilling careers.
- The Early Careers Program offers job opportunities in the following independent fields: Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Commercial and Innovation
- Through the two-year program, E.C.P Associates rotate through multiple roles or/and locations in Europe to build technical capabilities and functional expertise
- Beyond functional skills, E.CP Associates have a unique opportunity to develop a network of mentors and peers
- During the two-year program, E.C.P Associates will be exposed to project management and daily tasks to develop their practical expertise; and alternating functional and Leadership development training to best prepare them to their future responsibilities.
